Q: WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We happily accept any non-expired government issued photo ID, Canadian drivers license, WA Tribal ID, Merchant Marine ID and US Armed Forces ID. All IDs are subject to double verification
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT VERTICAL ID?
A: Yes! Our staff will always get double verification with vertical ID’s.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAL PATIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 21?
A: We sadly cannot accept medical patients, and everyone on the premises needs to be 21+ with a valid photo ID. But we look forward to seeing them on their 21st birthday!
Q: ARE YOU ABLE TO PROCESS MEDICAL APPLICATIONS?
A: Unfortunately, Mr. Greens is not medically endorsed!
Q: WHAT IS THE LEGAL LIMIT?
A: Possession varies depending on product type!
- Flower / Un-infused Pre-Rolls: 1 oz
- Concentrates / Cartridges / Infused Pre-Rolls: 7 Grams
- Solid Edibles / Capsules: 16 oz
- Liquid Edibles / Tinctures: 72 oz
Q: AM I ELIGIBLE FOR ANY DISCOUNTS?
A: Of course! We have a wide variety of deals daily, as well as our Loyalty program! If you are signed up – you earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and every 10 points you earn, you get $1 off! (2$ off a 10$ purchase, 3$ off a 15$ purchase, 4$ off a $20 purchase, etc.) We also offer discounts to veterans and industry homies!
Q: HOW DO I JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
A: Your budtender will ask if you are interested in our program! All we need is a phone number and we can get you set up!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: While we cannot accept returns on a majority of our inventory, we can accept returns on Cartridges, Disposable Pens, and Batteries purchased in Mr. Greens!
If you are having trouble with your device (cart, battery or disposable) bring it in and we can help troubleshoot! All you need is the receipt, and the packaging of the product and the faulty product!
When to bring in your product:
- Leaking! – When it’s leaking out of the mouth piece or out of the 510 threading
- Stops pulling (no smoke coming out)
- Any other manufacturing defect.
